My son and I were traveling together. We booked this cooking class in lieu of a tour that was canceled due to inclement weather. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our vacation. The instructor was wonderful. The class was so much fun and the food and company even better. I’ve already recommended this class to friends coming to Florence in December.

Abbiamo imparato a preparare la pasta fresca e gli gnocchi con Livio, e in più anche la panna cotta. È stato un insegnante meraviglioso, capace di trasmettere tutto con una grande semplicità e naturalezza. La location era davvero curata, il gruppo fantastico e, soprattutto, alla fine abbiamo potuto assaggiare tutto ciò che abbiamo cucinato: semplicemente delizioso! Un’esperienza indimenticabile che consigliamo a tutti.

My wife and I enjoyed the cooking class very much. Our teacher was excellent, kind and helpful. And the meal once prepared was outstanding. We would without hesitation participate again.

We booked the 4 course deluxe meal and pasta in Florence. It was so fun and learned many professional chef cooking tips as well. It was very hands on but not overwhelming. Chef Francesco was so entertaining and knowledgeable! We made an eggplant/toma...to/mozzarella appetizer, ragu fettuccini, chicken Marsala, and tiramisu. We then relaxed with a glass of wine eating the foods we had prepared. Perfect in every respect. Highly recommend.

Honestly cannot recommend this enough! The market visit was brilliant and we got to taste lots of local produce. The stall we went to with Caterina was knowledgeable and the tasting was fresh & delicious, and the cooking class and lunch was so much f...un and unbelievably tasty! Thank you Caterina for a wonderful day! If you are in Florence I would highly recommend!

We had the best time at Chefactory! We were lucky enough to be able to practice our Italian during the class! Giacomo was an absolute star, he really made the experience our favourite thing we did in Italy!! 👑👨‍🍳 The food was phenomenal and the overa...ll experience was beyond our expectations! We highly recommend this cooking class 🇮🇹 This is an absolute must do if you travel to Florence!! 🙌

Una experiencia estupenda, lo hice con mi pareja y fue muy muy buena. Livio una persona muy encantadora y te trata espectacular. Estuvimos los tres y comimos estupendamente. Lo recomiendo 100%
