Unexpected delightful lunch

Delicious! We came across this unpretentious small gem after visiting the gardens up the street. We sat in the small back garden and had the special of the day, Taglitelle with preserved lemon....so good! The waiter may have also been the co-owner and we could feel his joy in presenting such good food. If we lived in Verona we would go often.

Une magnifique expérience culinaire ! Tout était délicieux tagliatelles au beurre et Peps de citron ou bien tagliatelles sauce poisson comme sur la photo. ou bien le poulet avec sa sauce et ses desserts de superbes découvertes de la cuisine italienne. Le patron est d'une gentillesse rare et partage avec passion les détails de ses assiettes. Le cadre est tout aussi charmant avec un très agréable jardin à l'arrière. Un restaurant que je recommande à 100 %, laissez-vous surprendre ! De la part des Bretons

Siamo stati molto bene. In cinque adulti e tre bambini. Cucina della tradizione con attenzione contemporanea. Ottimo servizio, disponibilità ed educazione - anche con bambini! Consigliato!

Ein wunderschönes Slow Food Restaurant mit einer kleinen, aber feinen Speisekarte und Gerichten, die sonst nicht auf der Speisekarte stehen. Wir hatten Pferdecarpaccio, Mangold und Tagliatelle mit fermentierter Zitrone. Alles war sehr lecker. Auch di...e Getränkeauswahl ist nicht das übliche - wir waren begeistert.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit authentischer Küche und viel Liebe zu lokalen und saisonalen Produkten. Man spürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Ein besonderes Restaurant. Wir sind aufgrund der Nähe unseres Aufenthaltsortes und den bisherigen guten Rezessionen hin. Und wir können nur bestätigen … Essen ein wahrer Genuss. Keine große Auswahl , dadurch frisch und einfach nur besonders und lec...ker. Service sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ambiente perfekt. Perfetto. Es ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp!!!!! Un trésor caché, une cuisine raffinée dans un cadre familial

Ce restaurant est un petit trésor caché dans les rues de Vérone. La cuisine est délicate et digne d’un restaurant étoilé à un prix très raisonnable. Le cadre est familial et le dîner dans le patio est très agréable. Nous avons pu discuter avec Lucca,... le propriétaire qui est également le chef et nous avons appris qu’il avait travaillé dans des restaurants étoilés avant d’ouvrir le sien. Pour les francophones, sachez que Lucca parle français ce qui était un plus pour les questions sur la carte. Mention spéciale à la panna cotta à la pêche et au chocolat. Je n’en ai jamais mangé d’aussi bonne, sucrée avec le sirop d’une fleur. C’était donc peu sucré et très fin. C’était incroyable.

Petit resto trouvé au hasard. Excentré du centre historique mais l 'accueil, la terrasse et la cuisine est excellente avec des produits frais , locaux et de saison et qui change de l'ordinaire. Ce restaurant mérite d'être connu. Vous pouvez y aller l...es yeux fermés.

Pépite succulente !

Luca il titolare è un ragazzo dolcissimo e molto educato. Ben informato su tutti i prodotti e la marcia in più di questo ristorante è la spiegazione che Luca ti dà di ogni piatto, la provenienza dei prodotti e le curiosità delle preparazioni. Cibo ot...timo di altissima qualità. Ogni sapore nella Sua semplicità è esaltato! Ambiente delicato e casalingo. Accoglienza eccellente. Prezzo della cena assolutamente onesto anzi avessi pagato di più l’avrei fatto Comunque volentieri! Non siamo di Verona siamo turisti e lo consigliamo a turisti e residenti! Merita!!

What an amazing place! If you're in Verona you must try Perbacco by Raise. Luca and his team are wonderful hosts, the food was so full of flavour yet simple (the seasonal lemon pasta was the best pasta I've ever eaten!) and Luca came to explain each ...dish with sincerity, it was easy to see his talent and passion. Thanks for a lovely meal and evening.

Abbiam vissuto una bellissima esperienza, sembrava di esssere catapultati indietro nel tempo nelle classiche osterie "alla bòna" dove un tempo si fermavano i nobili viaggiatori in carrozza per rifocellarsi con selvaggina e un fiasco di vino. Sebbene ...l'ambiente ritragga lo stile di quel tempo, ci ha sorpreso la qualità e la raffinatezza della cucina. Si nota un'attenta ricerca nella genuinità degli ingredienti, dalla carne alle verdure, con vini di particolare aroma e per finire i dolci spettacolari. Bravi, consiglierò vivamente ai miei ospiti di visitare questa osteria, piatto ottimo è stato la carne di cervo (pastisada).
