WHAT WE LIKED: Nature, view, quiet and clean place. Guardian/gardener cuts grass with every day, as he waters grass with hose at night, he even washes your car! wow! Also great parking, a lot of space. And receptions, Luisa and Rita - young, energic, smiling, very professional. Had fun with Luisa and gecko lizard in my room that climbed on my shoulder as i was carrying the table that he was hiding under haha! Rita on the other hand helped us call on our behalf to car repair service and arranged them to come to the hotel parking lot to fix our flat tire. Pristine turquoise beach is relatively close, like 5 to 10 minutes walk. At evening until 11:30 PM they even have singer with a great voice! Cleaning service lady was beyond unimaginable, she paid attention to every little detail, even to your stuff around sink in the bathroom, she was even closing bath shampoo cap when we forgot to, i never seen that in any other hotel. Great view from restaurant with Tavolara island in the background. The room without garden was even better than garden room i think, we had more privacy than our rest of the family that was in the garden room that was facing towards pool. I enjoyed sitting in the backyard during the thunderstorm at night, what a magical experience. My family was happy, thank you for a great experience! _____________________________________________________________ WHAT WE DID NOT LIKE: The staff in the morning at restaurant was like, how to put it, always out of the mood (except older lady that was always smiling). Staff either did not know to interact in english, perhaps there was communication barrier. Overall i was not feeling comfortable when approached at the table. They just arrive, ask about coffee, write it down and leave, no smile, no questions, no anything. The breakfast itself has a good variety in pastries but SADLY no savories - if you want something like sausage or bacon, forget about it, they only have one bread with salami and ham plus cheese, but you could order fried, cooked or scrambled eggs - i did not like to wait for it 20 minutes though. Also i did not like the fact they allow dogs in the restaurant, even this little dog was barking, right in the next table, MAN i want to enjoy breakfast and calm morning, and not trying to fight with thoughts how to kill the dog.

Bella esperienza, ma con qualche spiacevole episodio Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole: la struttura è pulita e ben curata, la piscina era impeccabile e il resto del personale molto gentile. Purtroppo, però, abbiamo avuto un’esper...ienza negativa a colazione. Poiché mia moglie non è italiana, ci siamo sentiti trattati con discriminazione. A tutti gli altri ospiti veniva chiesto se volessero ordinare un caffè, tranne a noi. Quando una volta abbiamo detto al cameriere Andrea Marini che avremmo preso il caffè più tardi, ha reagito in modo estremamente scortese, alzando gli occhi al cielo e guardandoci in modo arrogante. Un comportamento che ci ha lasciati davvero delusi. Un’altra nota negativa è stata la cena: bisogna riservare il tavolo in anticipo e costa 50 EUR a persona, ma purtroppo il prezzo non è giustificato dalla qualità del cibo, che non era all’altezza delle aspettative. Per il resto, però, ci siamo trovati bene e la struttura merita sicuramente una visita per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante, ma alcuni dettagli del servizio andrebbero rivisti.

Hotel spettacolare, in una parte tranquilla di San Teodoro e servito da spiagge libere nelle vicinanze. Pet friendly. Camere pulitissime e con patio privato con erba all’inglese tenuta maniacalmente. Personale tutto super gentile e disponibile. Cibo ...ottimo servito alla sera in una sala vista mare. Nulla da eccepire. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare prossimamente!

Hotel su un punto panoramico stupendo, giardino con piscina curatissimo, stanze pulite, servizio bar. La reception da sola vale tutte le stelle, disponibili e assolutamente professionali, ci hanno risolto un problema non da poco e fatto passare una m...eravigliosa vacanza. Hotel Costa Caddu é una meravigliosa struttura nella quale trascorrere le vacanze, immersi nel verde, nel relax e nella buona cucina. Location impeccabile ed un servizio ottimo ,gestito da un personale qualificato e professionale. Struttura ben tenuta con giardino curatissimo e panorama eccezionale. Stanze ampie, pulite con tutti i confort tutte su unico piano a livello giardino con patio privato. Colazione a buffet molto ricca, cucina curata e di buon livello. Personale genti...le e molto qualificato. Location strategica per visitare tutte le spiaggie della zona.
