Lovely luxury hotel near Pompei Ruins. Hotel was kind to upgrade to a room with balcony (Room 318) and extend check-out to 12noon at no additional cost. The shower water is soft and makes skin silky smooth. Uses Etro toileries. Breakfast was freshly made with wholesome ingredients. Absolutely the hotel to stay when visiting the archeological site.

Un superbe séjour en baie de Naples

Très belle expérience. Bel établissement, bien situé pour une visite aisée de Pompéi, Capri, Sorrente, Herculanum et la baie de Naples. La côte amalfitaine est également proche. Personnel au top, et Spa de très bon niveau.

Love the place! The staff is very helpful. The room was clean and welcoming when we got in. Bed is very comfortable Shower room is spacious Breakfast is nice Garden area is beautiful We took 3 rooms, 7 people, we all met at the common area in the eve...nings , which was lovely.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was the first stop on our honeymoon and everyone made us feel special. The hotel is stunning and the food is incredible. We were there in November so didn’t get to taken advantage of the pool but imagine in the s...ummer it’s lovely. It’s a unique location located between Naples and Sorrento giving you the freedom to explore around the area. Plus free parking at the hotel! It was our first time at a small luxury resort and we loved it. We are grateful to our travel agent Sol Kiss Escapes for finding it for us. 10/10 recommend!

Se potessi, metterei 100 stelle, un hotel incantevole,anche volendo non ho trovato nulla da eccepire,tutto perfetto. Il personale gentilissimo,attento , disponibile e sempre con il sorriso ,( cosa rara di questi tempi). Posizione strategica, da una p...arte il mare, dall'altra un agrumeto a perdita d' occhio, in cui perdersi passeggiando. Un solo weekend è troppo poco 😢

Very pleasant stay. The Staff was courteous and very helpful. The Hotel Location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the Gulf and of Mountain Vesuvio. I really enjoyed the stay and I will be visiting again in the future.

Was für ein toller Ort ! Es ist wirklich wunderschön und alle Mitarbeiter sind so nett ! Perfekt um das Umland von Napoli zu erkunden ! Wir hatten super Essen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke an Gennaro für all die tollen Tipps und E...mpfehlungen für unsere Ausflüge in Umland (Infinity Gardens in Ravello !) und Neapel! Du hast es für uns noch mal besonders schön gemacht.

Un cinque stelle.a tutti gli effetti. Fin dalla richiesta info lo staff si e dimostrato professionale e disponibile e parlo per esperienza dati che sono stata direttore di un boutique hotel.per 14 anni. Camere belle e ben arredate, un letto comodiss...imo con un pad che rende il sonno fantastico cosi come i cuscini. Lenzuola pulitissime, linea cortesia etro altissimo livello. Colazione in camera fantastica e ciliegina sulla.torta un massaggio di coppia fantastico e ben fatto Che dire, i vediamo tra qualche settimana

A gem of a hotel!! La Medusa went beyond our expectations by way of service …it felt like royal treatment. The staff were very accommodating from the very beginning, scheduling a last minute massage, lining up scooter rentals on the spot, even making... us fried eggs when we were late to the breakfast buffet -thanks to their lovely maître d’! When we arrived, we received welcome drinks, and a proper tour of our fabulous rooms for both nights. (We stayed 1 night, stayed a night in Positano, and then stayed another night at La Medusa before our flight departure.) Both nights, both rooms were beyond beautiful. The decor, cleanliness and comfort were superb, and it’s the only hotel (in our 7 nights in Italy) where I received a proper shower with great water pressure! My husband had a massage and loved it! Btw, the little black cover the masseuse gave him isn’t a face mask, it’s a banana hammock lol …she had to tell him that when she walked in 🙊😄 …thank you everyone at La Medusa. We will be back!!

Struttura stupenda, con affaccio sul Vesuvio e costiera amalfitana. Le camere sono belle e molto pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort . Ampio parcheggio, ottima colazione. Direi tutto perfetto♥️

Appena arrivati drink di benvenuto, dopodiché ci hanno accompagnati in camera. Tutto perfetto, pulito, igienizzato e con tutti i comfort, addirittura set da cucito e tappi per le orecchie. Phon , accappatoio e ciabatte. Spa piccola ma pulita e organi...zzata. Personale cordiale e massaggio super rilassante. Colazione al quarto piano, ricca di cose buone e di qualità e vista sul vesuvio. Tutto magnifico✨

Het was een super verblijf! Zeer mooi en klasevol ingericht hotel en kamers. De tuin van Eden was een oase van rust, waar men zich kan in terugtrekken en genieten. Zoveel leuke zithoekjes. Het personeel zeer vriendelijke en attent. Eten was heel goed.... Ligging; perfecte uitvalshoek om de regio te bezoeken.

Sono stata a diversi matrimoni organizzati in questa bella struttura, compreso quello di mio fratello. Splendida location sia interna che esterna, buon cibo e buon servizio. Molto bello il giardino con la piscina. Consigliato.
