Due to the Venice Film Festival, transportation from Venice Marco Polo Airport was difficult to arrange. I contacted several water taxi companies, but none were available except LTS Venezia. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate my airport pickup and transfer me to my hotel.
Since I arrived at 11 p.m., it was very reassuring to have everything arranged in advance. Communication was excellent. The day before, they contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the details, and both the pickup and drop-off went perfectly. The entire experience was stress-free and well organized.
There’s a reason they have “Luxury” in their name—I truly felt treated that way. The service was professional from start to finish. Thank you again, LTS Venezia!

We had an excellent experience with this transportation agency in Venice. They arranged our transfer from Ravenna to our hotel in Venice after our cruise, and then the following day, they took us from our hotel to the airport.
I was a little nervous... at first because I had never arranged this type of transportation before, but they made the entire process incredibly easy. They were extremely professional, efficient, and always on time. They found solutions for everything we needed and handled every detail smoothly and professionally.
I truly appreciated how reliable and organized they were from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company, and if I am ever back in Venice, I will definitely use their services again!

Massimo's service, punctuality, and attention to detail was perfection! He took my boss and his wife in a comfortable Mercedes from the Dolomites to Venice (4 hours) and also handled their airport transfer from the St. Regis in Venice on departure da...y. He cheerfully assisted with their luggage, seamlessly arranged boat transfers in Venice, and made sure they were comfortable throughout their trip with him! I highly recommend this company and Massimo!

Excellent service from start to finish. Massimo was extremely professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to make my transfer from Venice to Trieste enjoyable. He accommodated a stop in Venice, shared helpful local insights, and made the... entire experience seamless and relaxing. The communication before my arrival was outstanding, and everything was exactly as promised. I highly recommend LTS Venezia to anyone looking for reliable, first-class transportation in Italy. We used Luxury Transfer to coordinate our arrival and departure from Venice. Massimo was first class. Everything from the pickup at the airport to the boat ride down the grand canal was professional and could not have been smoother. Venice was the f...irst stop on our trip and our daughter’s first time traveling overseas and the service Luxury Transfer provided made our experience amazing.

My Venice Go-To!
Luxury Transfer Services is my go-to for every trip I make to Venice. Massimo is friendly, professional, and always books me with competent and experienced drivers, even when in a pinch! I will continue to use his services for my trips to/from the ai...rport and train station. The use of private services is truly the way to go when moving around with luggage in Venice. Instead of lugging bags around town and crowding onto a vaporetto, book with Luxury Transfer Services and sit back and relax on your way to your destination!
