We will never forget the kindness of our driver from Chi-Car. After missing our bus near Lake Garda, we were worried about how to get back to Peschiera del Garda. The driver arrived in less than three minutes, despite already having passengers in his vehicle. He thoughtfully asked them if they were happy for him to pick us up as well, and thanks to everyone's kindness, we were able to share the ride. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He even helped my friend practice her Italian during the trip. Small acts of kindness like this make a huge difference to travelers far from home. Thank you for turning a stressful evening into a wonderful memory. Highly recommended!

Chi Car hat uns vom Hotel zum Restaurant gebracht und später wieder abgeholt – auf dem Hinweg von einem Mitarbeiter, zurück vom Chef persönlich. So einen aufmerksamen und unkomplizierten Service erlebt man wirklich nicht oft. Beide Fahrten waren supe...rpünktlich, die Herren sehr freundlich und höflich. Und dazu gab es auch noch einen absolut fairen Preis. Abgerechnet wurde erst nach der Rückfahrt, was wir noch nie woanders gesehen haben. Auch die Fahrzeuge sind sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können Chi Car wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Absolutely outstanding service! Andrea was very kind and thoughtful, and even at very short notice, he took the time to suggest a fabulous tailored itinerary for a morning tour finishing in Malcesine, taking in the spectacular panoramic views of Lake... Garda from Monte Baldo on the way. This bespoke tour was a highlight of our holiday in the Lake Garda area. His knowledge was exceptional, we really appreciated his friendliness and he really put in a lot of effort to ensure we had a great trip. I cannot recommend CHI-CAR highly enough. Andrea and his team provided truly exceptional service during my stay in Malcesine and went above and beyond in every possible way. Despite it being a holiday period and my request being made on extremely sh...ort notice, they accommodated me without hesitation and arranged transportation for a very early 3:00 AM departure from Malcesine to Verona Airport. Their reliability, professionalism, and willingness to help under challenging circumstances were genuinely impressive. I was traveling with multiple oversized and bulky pieces of luggage, and they handled everything with care, patience, and kindness. Not once did they complain or make me feel like my extra baggage was an inconvenience. Instead, they made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. We had an amazing private tour through the dolomites and could not have had a better experience. Andrea was so knowledgeable about literally everything, he made sure we arrived before places got to busy to we could have the places mostly to ourselves... and he have continued to use him for a private taxis for dinner snd the train station. Literally making every day as easy as it possibly could have been.

Hatte mir das Fussgelenk am 16.08.2024 gebrochen und musste abends vom Krankenhaus zur Ferienwohnung (ca. 28 Km Strecke) ein Taxi nehmen, da keine Ambulanz vorhanden. Andrea und sein Mitarbeiter (Taxifahrer) waren einfach spitze! Der Taxifahrer fuhr ...mit äußerster Vorsicht, war super geduldig, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Weil ich den Whgs.-Schlüssel beim Krankenhaus vergessen hatte, mussten wir die ganze Strecke nochmal fahren, was den Zeitplan von ChiCar natürlich total durcheinander brachte, aber Andrea koordinierte alles um. Beide sprachen Deutsch, was mir in der Stresssituation sehr viel half. Vielen, vielen Dank an Andrea und Kollege.
